Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific Establishes Regional Solution Centre to Deliver Greater Solutions-Centric Value

Integrates Resources to Leverage Wide Knowledge Base and Capability for Speedier Delivery of Solutions
SINGAPORE, September 30, 2015 – To meet the needs of the growing IT market in Asia Pacific, which is catalyzed by the Association of South-East Asian Nations (ASEAN) Economic Community and the expanding China market, Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific announced today the launch of the Regional Solution Centre in Singapore by integrating key regional operations and aligning functions from research and development (R&D) to customer service. The center will cater to businesses’ emerging need for industry-specific solutions and cloud-based IT infrastructures. The globally integrated center will help to accelerate the move towards increasingly global, borderless operations by capturing market opportunities and maintaining Fuji Xerox’s distinction in the Asia Pacific market.
The center will offer value to Asia Pacific customers through the best of its knowledge on local business environments and needs as well as expertise and resources to develop leading-edge solutions, while the integration of resources at the center will allow global expertise to be applied to solutions development and delivery within the shortest turnaround time. By tailoring solutions for both emerging and high-growth markets, the center will establish a common framework to deliver a consistent Fuji Xerox experience for all customers. In addition, the center will collaborate with the R&D departments responsible for solutions and services in Fuji Xerox of Japan to provide insights to solution needs in the Asia Pacific region, and shape product roadmaps. This collaboration will complement Fuji Xerox R&D expertise with the continuously-evolving local market knowledge, thereby enabling Fuji Xerox to provide value to customers that meet their needs.
